The cover letter should include your name, student ID number (begins with an R), and directions for disbursement your name and student ID number in the memo section of the check. Some donors send checks

go to the Scholarship Office to endorse your check. Checks made payable to Texas Tech on your behalf will allow us to process your scholarship funds more quickly.
Enrollment Verification
Most donors accept a print out of your class schedule, as proof of enrollment , which you will be given upon registration or
you can access this information using your eraider.
If a donor requires something sent directly from the University, contact the
Scholarship Office, 205 West Hall, (806) 742-3144 or email us at
scholarships@ttu.edu with the address of the donor and your name and student ID
number.
